Def go DeWalt. I have the 12V and 20V series and they are powerhouses, priced right and last forever charge wise. DeWalt also makes the Mac Tools series of 12V and 20V tools and they share the same batteries.

Get you a 12V Max impact driver, this thing rocks. I use it as a driver and as an impact wrench with adapters.

I'm patient...they say the sea life has really improved during this lockdown. A lot fish and turtles have returned to the coastlines. I'm gonna have to go for a dive and see.

They definitely have their place. I don't wear the latex ones when doing mech work, only when doing interior or audio installs. I have a mechanix grip like set that rides with me but I rarely use em.

As a man who has worked hard with his hands for over 4 decades, I can honestly say that gloves are one of mankind's greatest inventions.

To me they are something to keep my hands warm when it's cold, so I tend to not wear them otherwise when I should. After a chewing threw a few mufflers with a carbide rotary bit, it sure changed that line of thinking. Now I wear a pair of gloves every time.

Good stuff...keep several cans and sardines, and sleeves of crackers at work to snack on. Little cans of smoked oysters are good as well.
