I'd like to have a Fluke. But the Chinese (Taiwanese I suspect) knock off lasted ten years or better. Got the exact same one again.

There are various articles on multi-meters over at this site.
Interesting and informative site. They take a look into everything.

They normally try (pretty darn well) to stay away from promotional type articles.... a sort of rare internet thing nowdays, considering their audience.
Car computers to coffee makers to baby monitors to 3d printers to trebuchets and slingshots to homemade engines.
Some of commenters are damned sharp and have a loads of knowledge (correct even!).
Don't let the name (and the 6:30 "newscast" mis-appropreation of the word "hacking" ) fool you into skipping it.

We went thru a couple of Bunn’s I think their quality slipped some the first one was great the second only lasted 4 years.
