Our snow was basically gone too. This really ups our chances of some spring flooding. Thankfully it looks like most of it missed Fargo too so they won't be sending any extra up this way. Damn Red River doesn't want to stay in her banks this spring and we really need her too.

I see you put the tie plates on the G1 before going up. Did that work out ok?

It is a steel mill scrap bay, they cleaned it up pretty good. Really helped putting the tie links on, offset the weight of the catwalk and brought center of gravity back close to center of girder.

I came here to rent a pig, but honestly I'd rather just borrow one if I could.

Thats good. Wondered how it would line up. We normally bolt on the trucks, then fly the tie plates up after both girders are up.
