Got the 390 painted. Waiting on the brass freeze plugs at the moment.

While waiting for parts also converted the truck to the 1978 and 1979 f150 power steering. Much stronger tie rods and way better than no power steering.

Still a *s-wordshow. We are not busy like we had been, but still have stuff to do throughout most of the day.
The other guys in the shop have their my little pony undies all wadded up over every little
thing that doesnt go their way. It's rather pathetic.
The Prodigy (service managers kid) was doing a pre delivery inspection on a new truck.
Cryvin (aka Kevin, also known as Lord of the Wrench), pitched a huge fit even though he had 2 customer jobs to do but was to busy trying to loot the scrap dumpster to work on them.
So, the manager gave him one too.
Meanwhile Vajayna (Jay, our shop twat) is refusing to remove a spare tire to access a fuel pump control module to test it's circuits.

I just sat in my corner with some metal cranked up and put lifters in a 15 Yukon.
