Sorry to hear about the joint pain.
Not sure what you've tried or testing you've done, but have you ever tried a complex carb/starch free diet, it help me a lot. I was taking a lot for it , I don't take anything now.

Good morning sir.
When I changed my diet I lost a lot of weight, I've since found it all .
When I was 39 I had told my wife if she wanted more kids I wouldn't be able to help much as the pain was so bad I didn't want to lift my one son at the time. I changed my diet and when I was 40 I started hauling drywall for a living and did it for two yrs after, would have continued but that job wasn't working with two more kids .
Its mostly eating low processed food. The good thing is I can eat meat .
