It's great besides the hydro bs, but we are in a fire prone area. Still got more clearing to do on the property, but got a good amount done. The boys love it compared to the city life.

Son Jared’s flight from Washington state was delayed a little but he’s in the air now, heading back to GA. Has a 2-hr layover in Denver, then onto Atlanta non-stop. Not a bad one-way price from one side of the country to the other...$122 bucks. His mother will pick him up around midnight EST in Atlanta, get a hotel and crash for the night, and head 100 miles south down I-75 sometime tomorrow morning. I’ll catch up with him tomorrow after work.

For that same $122, I couldn’t make it driving from mid-GA to Memphis in that gas-huffing Dodge MegaCab 4x4 with that HEMI.

...but this is a very ironic comment Dave...considering all the chronic ‘non-Dodge’ vehicles you’ve worked on, and I’m sure poured quite a bit of money into...fixing ‘em and trying to keep ‘em running.

Nah i just buy another beater
These road's beat everything apart the worst any of us has ever seen.
I drive 20-30mph doesn't help
Suspension and wiring issue's mainly.
But modern vehicles cannot take it like older vehicles
The computer's start failing.
I work on everybody's stuff.

The power company has neglected to do line maintenance for years. They have been at fault for many big forest fires, so now when it's windy they turn the power off.

Since i was in elementary school.
All line's were cleared back back then.
Out power bills keep raising because of
Extra help they to hire to repair line's
In the wintertime.

Yep they need to get back to the old ways. Just about everywhere needs clearing.
