Sucks about the power @p61 western Mike. All power companies are going to have to start working on line clearing more. Ours has a $100 000 000 bill after the storm damage, almost all caused by trees on lines. Two communities are over 10 days waiting for the transmission lines to be repaired.

Had a huge fire in town last night when a branch fell and tore some 4kv lines. Lines were arcing on the ground, melted concrete and lit up the sky as much as 8 miles away.

No wonder we could see the flashes in the sky from where we are. My friend Maria is about 8 miles on the other side and had a similar video to mine. Real good thing all the trees are still very wet and it rained all day yesterday.
