Another option to consider is a Keto crust. One local place uses fried cheese for theirs. A little greasy but damn good.

Wayne, quite happy with this very low hour 346XP...it was rarely used. Put a good splash of 40:1 in it, hit the primer bulb a few times, fired off on choke the second pull, took choke off, fired right up on the third pull.
