The old screw in fuses - they would unscrew the fuse and put in a penny, then screw the fuse back in. No more losing power on that circuit.Nephew's neighbors
Water tank fried he's never seen one this bad very old house built in the teens.
In 30 year's as a plumber it's the worst he's seen
it melted and fused all the wiring to the fuse box.
Never blew a fuse.
