I get the same *s-wordt at times...like your damn equilibrium is all off. Ask your Doc about 25 mg Meclizine...it helps big time.

Talk to a D.O. about the Epley and Semont Maneuvers for Vertigo. My FIL was having trouble with vertigo and one 10ish minute session was all he needed. Hasn't had trouble for 5-6 years now.
