Mornin' Saturday Snappers! Headed to about 90f today and partly cloudy.

I went for a parts run this morning...swing and a miss. The upper a-arm is as combo of other parts done by the original owner when he lifted it.

I can't find him and most of the best parts stores were closed for summer holidays. I gotta figure out what I'm gonna do to fix this thing.

Y'all have a good Saturday.

I had a truck like that. Toyota with Chevy engine/trans/t case, Ford front axle, Chevy rear axle. No info on what the parts came from.

I had to take pics of the non-broken parts and compare them to parts online and at the junkyard to track down exactly what they were from. It was a huge pain in the ass. I would look at some online forums for your vehicle. If its a relatively easy or common parts swap for a lift, usually there is a complete breakdown of parts needed to do it as well as tutorial of how to complete the swap. That should save you a lot of time.

I'm peaking around in the Kia Sportage forums. IIRC the guy told me he used ball joints from a Sorento, but the parts stores here only want to give you parts that match your registration.

I've got plenty of time to do research. Parts stores are closed for the weekend now.

Well shít...you would think they'd at least try to match them up for you.
