Speakers are the cheap part of that equation. Receiver is where the bread & butter come into play.

True audiophile speaks to match the amp will probably nearly double the price tag, IMO. Having okay speakers and a great amp, is like have a ported saw with a cat muffler on it.

I'm build planning a set like this, but without the 5000 pounds price tag. I'll probably have 1/8 of that into them when finished. I have about half of the parts already.

EDIT: Those CV's are nice, but I'd go for notch or two higher with an amp like that.

does the 52mm intake manifold allow the carburetor and bolt up to the cylinder since the holes are completely different than the 50mm or what do I do to get the 52mm cylinder to work on my 266se? all help will be appreciated

So apparently my Stihl Rewards order showed up yesterday....sort of.

I ordered two 32" 3/8 063 ES Light guide bars, and one 36" 3/8 063 ES Light bar. I received one 32" 3/8 063, and a 36" 3/8 050 ES Light....after waiting a fugging month, and getting the run around from some dumb dumb at Stihl Rewards....just give me my 40,000 points back.
oh FFS.

On a 272, the carb bolts go through the block and it bolts on as one piece. On a 266, the block bolts to the cylinder, and the carb bolts to the block

Morning love muscles. Gonna be another hot sticky day today. I had planned to do a whole bunch of yard work today but it appears to have rained over night. Guess I'll just have to play around in the shop :)
