-17F feel like -27F with the windchill.
The good news for all of you is it starts to break for us today. 0 by the end of the day and forecast is for 21F tomorrow. Down right mild after the last two weeks. It should be headed your way in the next few days...
@Genius , will the furnace not run at all or is it running in very short cycles? We've had issues with a couple that cycle because the "flame sensor" is dirty and doesn't detect the flame when the gas comes on so it shuts the gas off. That one is a simple fix, remove the rod and clean with some fine sand paper and reinstall. The flame sensor is a small metal probe that is normally found sticking into the outer most burner (could be either left or right side depending on where your burner gets fed from.)
