They suck to work on but I've made some great trades with these freebies chinese piston kits under 10.00 8.00 carbs I've traded up for husky 257 and 262s stihl 028s and alpina pro41s there handy to have around people's likeys the stihls even these.

Heck yea, I hate working on those saws, but that's where the money is at. I charge $150 for a complete rebuild. I buy 390 cylinder kits on eBay by the lots of 5, they are $25 a piece. I get carbs cheap from DDave. About a year ago I was watching auctions on eBay and I got 100 fuel lines and impulse line's for pennies a piece. I also won a lot that had 100 seals for cheap.

I do get OEM intakes from DDave cause I'm not a fan of the AM ones.

I can do a full rebuild on these things in around a hour to hour and a half. The customer gets a brand new saw mechanically that'll serve him well for many years.

There is damn good money to be had with those saws.
