Did you do this?Good morning.

Howdy AdamMorena.
Hey bro.Howdy Adam
My friend's works in a PSD for a small townI had a Matco guy that never answered calls or Registered letters (sent to Matco office) after I had a burglary.
We (insurance co and I) couldn't read his hand writing on most of the receipts and Insurance co needed that info to make a payout.
The ins co spent a little over a year on things, actually trying to help me.
They finally asked me if a check for what we could account for, based on my job at the time of the tool purchases and offered a check for that plus a little more.
Told me if the guy ever made contact, that they would cover whatever else we could get listed from the purchases.
By that point I had decided that I was done with buying all of the tools to do daily routine work for any more jobs.
Just got some Honeycrisps, pretty darn good stuff right there.Good morning, fellow apple users.
74f heading to 86 with 50% chance of rain here.
Guess not, had to fix it for ya. LolWeird. I meant to type "fellow tools."
Guess I haven't woke up yet.
Once in a while I have seen kits on ebay.True story, back when Sears/Craftsman was USA.
I had a Craftsman ratchet that the insides stripped. Brought it to Sears for replacement. The sales Weasel critter tried to give me a rebuild kit/ratchet guts I would need to install. I asked him to put the parts in- NOPE!
I waited until the following week when Sears had the "National Hardware Week" sale on tools. The store was packed, people buying all sorts of expensive tools and whole tool sets.
I located the same Sears sales Weasel critter and asked to warranty the tool. Again he offered me a repair kit. At this point I raised the ratchet over my head and raised my voice. "You mean Sears is not going to honor it's LIFETIME UNCONDITIONAL WARRANTY for hand tools, on this $10 dollar ratchet!!!"
All the people stopped shopping, looked at him with astonishment and shock. At that point the Sears Weasel in a low voice said, "Shut up, be quiet, I'm going to get you a new ratchet....."
Now I wish I had some of the those USA made rebuild kits as I still have the USA made ratchets, but there is no longer a Sears store, and places that still sell "Craftsman" are worse than the old Sears.
