Morning men. Another whirlwind week with work, kids sports and this remodel. Got all the plumbing cut out and stubbed out where it needs to be, floor torn out to the joists, blocking installed and ready to start putting the subfloor down. It’s like a rotten onion and I keep finding issues as I pull another layer off. Also, when you cut a live wire with a sawzall, it makes for a short light show! My back is giving me fits between bleacher sitting, demo work, and slinging bags of seed this week. I plan on resting today and hopefully I’ll be feeling better tomorrow.

My grandson open carries everywhere he goes. 9mm on the hip. He's a very level headed young man too. His philosophy? Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.

Better judged by 12 than carried by 6......

I also carry a hatchet in the truck.

A 26" Estwing and ball peen hammer under the seat. Hammer for when the truck starter acts up, and hatchet cause you might be camping out.

Don't forget the glove if you're packing a baseball bat, your lawyer will thank you......

The church this guy goes to wants him to be part of a armed security group for the church
I said just get some bear spray it would be much safer with your *s-word eyes.
Now he wants me to put a red dot and mount on a ruger 1911 .45
I told him to get a trained seeing eye dog.

35 year old woman at told me her Nissan Pathfinder was running rough
I asked how many miles she said it had 50k when she bought it
It has 200k now I asked how often do you change oil,plugs,filters and put fuel injector cleaner in it
Never she said Nissan makes a tough vehicle
She said usually once a year she'll get an oil change if she thinks of it.
I'm going to look at it after work and put a can of Seafoam in it.
