You haven't missed anything. Especially if you actually like actual coffee.
You don't like coffee that tastes like burnt toast? You know who else doesn't? Western Washington people in the home of Starbucks. There's more coffee shops/kiosks than you can count and 9 out of 10 aren't named Starbucks. That's how it was when we lived there 10 years ago, anyway.

I replaced the 3 individual boards across the top of my deck with a single board. The individual ones would warp and bend being so thin.

I have never been to a Starbucks in my life.

I have 2 teenage daughters so I've been through their drive-thru..

Me either, just wish I would have bought stock in them 35 years ago. Who would have thought they would take off? I thought bottled water was never going to make it either, so...

I love coffee. I drink a pot of Maxwell house everyday. About 25 years ago I took my younger daughter to Barnes and Noble book store. They sold Starbucks coffee there. I was reading the menu that seemed like a foreign language. I asked, don't you have regular coffee? They said sure. I got a cup. It was beyond boiling hot. When it cooled enough, I took a big sip and felt the hair on my head stand up. I don't think they knew what regular coffee was.

I went there once for a cup of coffee. No need for me to ever go back.
The frustrating part is explaining what you want.

"Okay, so brew some coffee, right? Then pour it into a cup. Now, listen carefully, because this is the important part: don't put any syrup, sprinkles, glitter, caramel, oat milk or any other non-tit milk in there. This recipe is known as "a cup of coffee" and you're welcome to add it to your menu."

In other news, I finally got the flywheel off of the 353, after watching 57 videos about how easy it is to just pop it off. After trying penetrating oil, heat, and gentle taps that turned into a cross between John Henry and Thor, I thought about buying the official husqvarna puller 504 90 90-02 (I've got that number memorized) but its pretty much a unicorn that costs 175€ if you can find it at all.

$40 auto zone puller ftw!

nice work! I’ve come across a few tough flywheels that wouldn’t budge by tapping. Rented a puller from autozone but the jaws couldn’t get under the flywheel. Ended up buying the other style husky puller - the one that doesn’t work on the 346/353 😁

I've wanted one since I was a kid. They were always out of my price range. Then they stopped making them because sales went down because of price. Then recently they started making them again. I want the 6" with wood grips.
It was too big and blingy for me. I had a model 19 I liked more better.

Pure meat and all the potatoes, I gave mine along with a model 29 as a his/hers wedding present.
Model 19 was designed with the help of Bill Jordan Texas Ranger (not the camo guy) for S&W.
I still have my Model 14 K38 Masterpiece with a Bomar rib on top and an action job, that is more like peas and carrots for me. :)

I've always wanted a single shot, flintlock pistol to carry around in my belt, especially since open carry is legal where I live. I mean no harm to any man, but I'd like to encourage a certain politeness that we may have lost.
I have never in my life seen someone carry a flintlock pistol. That would be very interesting. We can open carry in NC but I have concealed carry and I carry a compact 9mm. I live between 2 small towns. I go to the grocery store in one and the drug store in the other. I normally leave my pistol in the truck at those places.

That's some tight work. I miss treated southern yellow pine. This western equivalent treated douglas fir is fugly as fook. Isn't as rot resistant as syp either but it is more stable.
