I am well aware that @John Wargo smoked the deer and all the damage to his bike, the last I read Big Red and nixed any thoughts on a new bike and he was looking for a private to rebuild it after the dealership quote crossed the 5 digit mark.

I am glad to be home and on the back side of that heat dome. Was 95f at 11pm on Saturday on my way to my hotel. BTW, the Hyatt Regency in downtown Minneapolis needs someone to figure out their AC, could not get the room below 75, a night I expected to be in my own bed was a really $hitty sleep.

They gave me a insane trade in on old bike. Only reason we bought a new one. That and a 6-8 week wait for painted parts for old bike

Pretty sure he was worried about a place called jail, me, not so much as I could see the "up-side" in a stunt like that, still being closer to my wilder days of youth than that of age and experience.
I would not recommend such a thing any longer as folks have totally lost any sense of humor they once had.

Evening fellers. Twas 100 degrees on the tarmac today. Most of the contractors called it an early day. Can’t say I blame them.

Helped the in-laws make hay after work…sort of. They were nearly done when I got there. Mostly wanted to make sure my FIL wasn’t struggling in this heat. Two more scorchers on the way followed by some mid 80’s n stuff.

In case you need extra premium oil, Diddy has found himself in a bit of an unfortunate position and is sitting on a few thousand liters of top quality oil.
He would certainly appreciate a helping hand.
