I dropped my car off for the free oil change
140.00 for a damn oil change normally that's stupid
I caught a ride to work with a friend
I had the dealership park it outside their gates
Worked 12 hour's and crystal offered to drop me off at the dealership I said sure.
I'd forgotten she's the one who plowed over a mobility scooter last winter in a Walmart parking lot
So at 4am we start driving she'd never been to that part of town which I could tell by
Her going 90 in a 30 I kept yelling turn left
She asked why because I'm not a strong swimmer and that's the kanawha river you're heading to
So she turns left and not a minute later
Drives up a exit ramp I said are you trying to kill us both no she said.
Luckily there was no traffic
She did a u turn and said how did you know I'm going the wrong way
The printed parts of a sign face you when you're driving
Oh I see she told me.
I said you can let me out it's only a couple miles
But she insisted and did get me there
I told her to text me if she makes it home
She did somehow
Only knows the way to work and home I guess.

I've seen bad grounds do weird things to a computerized vehicular before, that and the tiny wires they use corrode in the salt environment in Wintertime, and poof it's gone.

We have been chasing issues on a Case built McCormick MTX135 at work. Luckily there are a few FB pages for those and our issue was battery cables and/or the main cab ground on the firewall where the hood and half the intake has to come off WHEN it broke so I could drill it out and put a new one in from the dash side. It had corroded half of the stud away so when I put a socket on it, it broke off and took half the ring terminals with it.

Like teaching a teenager to drive…….we have algae a few close ones in town. Out here he does fine.

I'm no more confident post-test than I was going in, but I have to wait to find out some time tomorrow.

Got into Gaylord for the night. They had tremendous ice storms followed by winds here a few weeks back. It looks like someone dropped bombs that detonated 50 feet before hitting the ground.
