Blood pressure follow-up this morning. Its been good, averaging about 122/74.

52f reaching 78 and sunny.

That's excellent blood pressure, Billy.

I'm going to the doctor next week for a health check-up, including a blood pressure measurement.
I used to measure my blood pressure often, but now I only do it at the doctor's. When we hit 60, maybe we should measure ourselves once a month, as long as it's usually within normal limits.

Thanks, Tor. Visit went well, doc is happy. No meds added, which is a goal we're prioritizing. Im definitely feeling better, which let me do the exercise/work i should have doing all along!

Back from Grandson's house. Tree trimming in the front yard with an extension pole trimmer and a top handle saw. Took a load of branches to the dump. Sprayed a gallon of Bifenthrin (1 ounce /gallon) for little red ants all around his house.

The police stopped a couple of youngsters who had modified their electric bikes, the top speed was close to 100km/h instead of the legal normal 20km/h lol

dentist at 10, then we'll see if the molar can be fixed or needs to be pulled.

Good morin friends and wannabes.

I’ve had some difficulties with my truck, one min it’s charging the battery and then it’s not. Now these new trucks are power hungry to keep running the ecu and stuffs.
I had to do some redneck/hillbillie stuff to keep it running


I got a lawnmower engine driving an old (working) alternator that I just really use to charge a battery at my allotment
Anyhow it got me out of trouble for a few days

Dentist went great, molar saved and rebuilt, no crown this time.
Price came in at over $300 though.

Good morning. 50°F/ 10°C going up to 56°F/ 13°C. Got my animal trap back from a friend that relocated a groundhog .It tore up the tuna can that is screwed down in the back of the trap. It holds the dry cat food. Need to fix it as we saw a raccoon last night at bird feeders in backyard.

Good afternoon old men and girls,

I got a lot done today, successful dental treatment, we split firewood - two new 1000 liter bags, I also relaxed this evening, picked up packages, checked if the Poles will soon send remaining orders, when I logged in there was a 15% offer on the entire assortment, so the summer list and part of the autumn list ended up in the cart!
The only thing left in the 1/2" wera set is the impactor long socket kit that I want, the rest is complete for 1/2".
