Had a very good day in the woods, got everything done according to plan, the only thing was some small trees I forgot to remove at the end.
In total I walked about 1700 steps, pruning, bucking and getting in and out of the tractor, good workout.

Tomorrow my cousin and I are going to the end of my farm, wind-blown trees waiting, just for things like this the timber claw is also a safeguard.

Morning everybody. Had some excitement last night, the propane tank was leaking somewhere so bad you could smell it uphill of the tank. Called the fire department and they came out and shut the main valve. That slowed it down but didn't stop it. Dispatch was finally got ahold of someone from the gas company since they weren't answering our calls at 8:30 on a Saturday evening. They came out and changed the regular and found the main valve retaining ring loose and tightened that down. Them and the fire department left around 9:45 and I got the hot shower I was holding out for after everybody else showered cold. That's the 3rd time in 3 years the fire department has been out.

Yesterday I installed a new/used car battery on the winch for the firewood crane as well as a brand-new starting battery for the Iron and Oak log splitter engine. More prep work today to make room for more logs to come in.
