Then the blood test results were on the table, a little low folate value, and slightly elevated triglycerides.
The folate value is probably why I've been freezing so much this winter, can't do anything but buy supplements since I eat healthy with lots of greens.
Triglycerides I might be able to cycle down on a spin bike more often, my result was 3.57, should be between 0.45 - 2.60, so not too bad. I'm more prone to bleeding, exercise is much better than more medication. The cholesterol values, kidney, liver, prostate were great.
