That Ammo left sitting on Czed's tires.
You delivery guys arent required to get a signature on goodies like that?
Not usually. Signatures cost extra so few shippers will pay for them. If you have had a claim before or in a high risk area you will probably have to sign for stuff. Had a crock pot that required a signature Thursday, must have been something special. Kids were home yesterday and signed for it, Christmas present, they were super excited since they had to hide it from their mom.

It's West Virginia, there's always ammo left setting around. :)
I always laugh when a news report is like, "police found a stockpile of ammunition in excess of 1000 rounds..."

Well, yeah, buying by the case makes sense if you intend to practice a lot, and if you don't practice a lot, that firearm is going be useless when you need it.

Evening fellers. Got my buddy drunk after a long day of hunting. My other buddy drove him home. Pretty sure he’s in trouble….lol
In the 80s 5 of us were rabbit hunting and one of the guy's brought a friend of his we didn't know he also brought a pint of 190gr alcohol
Never seen anyone get drunk so fast
Like less than 10 minutes
Then he took a dump in the woods and somehow filled his insulated hoodie of his coat with *s-word and went on putting it on his head
I made him ride in the back of the truck about 20 miles in 30* weather
He was not invited again.

Crazy thing is I can order ammo with no signature. But if I order powder or primers I have to pay a hazmat fee and sign for the package.

Rules are a lot easier to deal with if you don't expect them to make sense.

Difference between finished product and raw materials in a sense. Box of ammo gets dropped and a single round goes off usually will not cause a chain reaction. Primers or powder fall under hazmat classification because of the explosion and fire risk. But you shouldn't have to sign, that's on the shipper to put that in place. Ammo is considered ORMD and will ship simple ground all day long except to certain zip codes. I'm sure you can figure out where those are.

I've only done it once. It was shipped FedEx and I had to sign. The hazmat fee kills the deal in most cases.

Fedex falls under a different classification than UPS for some reason. You used to see placarded trucks with hazmat classes running around when they delivered around here but with the new contractors they don't even put the Fedex sign on the side of the trucks anymore. Fedex is an airline that uses trucks and UPS is a trucking company that uses planes. It's stupid really for two companies that do the same thing.
