It's getting better slowly but surely. Pain is not bad, no pushing pulling of lifting over 5 pounds. Therapy once a week and exercies at home.
Good to hear. Physically therapy can be a pain, but it pays off.

After my hip surgery, I used to refer to my PT as "remedial walking class", but it got ne back into action. Hang in there.

Pro tip from a master mechanic:

On saws with an outboard clutch, it is somewhat easier to install the sprocket if you haven't already installed the drum and bearing.

My favorite one was making up an audio cord(s) and then noticing the cap was still on the bench, rather than slid up the wire before soldering it.

Now that gave me flashbacks to late 60s early 70s.

Daughter's Armstrong nat. gas furnace needs the flame igniter sensor pulled and cleaned every year or it will fail.

It is amazing how common this problem is. We had it in our first house, thankfully I have a good HVAC guy as a customer, he walked me through it and up and away we went. I think that one was a Carrier brand. Never fun when you wake up and the house is only 12c/54f and below 0 outside.
