Getting warm today, already at 88°. Going to do some freezer cleaning, only beefs I got are going to be in the field or the 1230 lbs of cold steers hanging at the processing place right now.

Fanks for the offer but shipping would be prohibitive I would imagine. Sold a couple and someone backed out on a half two days before slaughter. Found someone that wanted it and got their info in the pipeline just to have them back out a few hours later. Just did a freezer cleaning and will probably be selling $5 lb hamburger and $20 steaks. Right now I am eating some homemade ice cream I found during the cleaning because I am an adult and I wanted to.
