So who gives a shiit he repaired it and sent it back
What's more to this?
Egg had to supply his own replacement top end after Stump *f-worded it up, then sent it back with used rings and kept his cylinder like Iron Horse does… Oh and news flash in case you missed it Czed, I honestly don’t give a *f-word about you or your opinion in this matter.

See now that Randy ain’t here to cover for you, all the truth can come out, not the side Randy wanted everyone to see.

You have never offered evidence that civility wasn’t used now have you. Truth is the saw was supposed to be ported, not hacked and put back to stock.

It got here when Stump brought it here, go find someone else to cry to.

Here, since he just has to know so badly, here's my notes on the saw. Let it sink in, this is all I have, the cylinder was discarded like any other junk one would be.

Proof is, I will only be talked to that way once. Why would anyone go in on the possibility of having another plating failure?

You started it in a thread that was closed, Steve had his say in this thread, his story, you came here to continue.

A day ago you wrote that you no longer saw any point in being on this soap forum, why are you here now?

Hmmm I’m a little confused here. I donated the saw to be ported. Why wasn’t it reported? Honest question. Until the other day I thought it had been. A very well known porter told me the other day it looked like there wasn’t enough bevel on the port that “flaked”. I guess we’ll never know since the cylinder was pitched. This place is an excellent repository of knowledge. Would have been nice to see this flaw shared for all to learn from. To this day you are the only porter who regularly bashes echo plating. Help me understand Steve…

Echo cylinders as much as AM ones and others like this can be very soft in their metallurgy, any little thing goes wrong and the cylinder is done for, where a Stihl or Husqvarna can be more than likely cleaned up, a new piston installed, the original fault found and corrected and it's good to go again. This is an advantage to the owner.
You were very kind in donating your saw, I surely didn't mean to turn it into a side show. :(
