Thanks Andy. It should be. Wish Sam’s had briskets out as I had to ask for one. I prefer to buy the brisket when I can bend them in half. I’m sure it will still turn out. Was 17 pounds pretrim. Low and slow is my go to. The family knows we can not plan a time when smoking a brisket.

So I recruited my oldest to help me in the garage today. He’s always asking if he can help with mechanical things. I decided to replace front and rear diff fluid on the pickup today, it’s been a couple years. He’s all anxious and we are under the truck and he helps me get the bolts out and pry open the cover at the bottom. All the sudden he’s coughing and gagging and I’m chuckling at him. “What’s the matter?” I asked him. “That STINKS!” he tells me.. He didn’t last much longer in the garage after that.. lol
