West hills? I’ve dealt with them when we had a NH and still do with this Case built McCrappick, I mean McCormick. I’m stuck with whatever is on contract, lol. They all have their strengths and weaknesses. Our NH TS100 was gutless. We traded it on the 6155. It still isn’t as strong as our old 4455 with duals!
I tried a ts100.i told them my old 4600 would drag it all over the field.

The guy I'm in on farming with has a 2840.the water pump went out last fall we went to Meade and the ones in parts didn't even try to find it.said it was too old and wasn't on their computer.told them to look it up in the book, that pissed them off told us they didn't have time to fool with it.Seen the salesman we know outside told him what they said,he said I will look it up and call you in a little while.we got in the truck looked it up online ordered it with next day shipping and was raking hay again.that finished him off he said he would never be back in their parking lot.
The young guy at the parts counter wasn’t very knowledgeable. I needed something for a 5115M open station. He kept selecting cab. I tush hogged my way over to his side and took his mouse. He wasn’t about to say something to my big azz, lol! I said “See, OOS, Open Operator Station!” I still use them and call in with my part numbers. They either drop ship or the parts manager lives near the MoTown office and drops them there. They are all like that nowadays though. Advance, Auto zone, Napa, car dealers…..all the same. Entry level jobs and they don’t know the products or how to look them up.

4 cylinder Iveco just didn’t have any guts! TDOT had a whole fleet of them at one time.
Another good one I just remembered another friend of mine had a 1086 international and when they quit milking he wanted to trade it on a new tractor.he swapped it for a ts100 he didn't have it a month and he swapped it back for the old 1086.

Wanted something I didn't have to turn a wrench on myself for a while. I like the tractor but Heritage Tractor group is one of the most sorry outfits in the area. I have never had such a terrible experience with a bunch of worthless, lying idiots. Tractor need an air grid block heater relay replacement since it can hang in the on position and drain the battery. Dealer wants to pick it up and tells me it will take two days for it to be replaced. And then can't even tell me when they will return the tractor to me. They didn't check with transportation. Walked into the "service" department this morning and told them they would have to wait after this run around on Monday. Then told them that every other John Deere dealer I talked to says this is an in field service. I turned and walked out after the idiot behind the desk tried to give me some excuse as to why the field technicians couldn't get to my house. I think they are trying this to get some extra money out of Deere for a $50 relay and I will probably be getting a hold of corporate. Need to have Ed come down and straighten out their service department. Give him a new lord of the wrench to tell to anally fornicate himself with an exhaust pipe expander.
Do it - call Mother Deere. When I used to work at a Deere dealer, if people were pissed enough that they bypassed the dealers and called Deere, we heard about it and things got done.

You definitely have a dealership issue, and I agree that they are trying to play dirty. They are looking out for their best interests, not yours. If possible, contact a different dealership to take care of the warranty problem.

Or find one that will give you the part and put it on yourself.that way you know it will be done right and won't interrupt feeding time👍

Heritage has bought up most of the dealers in the area. Service manager at a different location set me an email a week or so ago. I sent a response tonight stating that when they are sending a field technician out to my house I will have the tractor ready for them. CC'd the corporate office on that one.
