Afternoon all, chilling out watching football. Elliott was back at the Dr yesterday, his pneumonia was worse, in both lungs now. Some stronger meds now and seems to be starting to improve some. Certainly not how he wanted to spend his birthday.

That was an older method now it is:
Multiply your age by .7 and subtract that number from 208.

For me the difference is 2BPM so who the less math method is just fine by me.
