Back in college when I was still an athlete we did the Max VO2 treadmill tests twice a year. Those were the days you really hated. Doctor currently feels that my heart is working okay and lifestyle changes can solve my problem. Giving up gluten was hard, forgoing a cocktail here and there to protect my liver was hard, carbs/sugar now will be even harder. As long as they don't try and take my coffee I won't go postal in the office...ya wall feel yer heart beat,, go for IV induced stress test,, they have a couple nurses a cardiologist and dr on hand and a delco remy jump start unit.
They let the drip run till you cant take anymore,, feels like Hulk Hogan is jumping on yer chest and wont let up.
One thing you only ever need to do once,,,
