Good morning dickheads,

My car was almost approved, a few small issues. The most stress is getting hold of rims with the correct distance. A hand break wire and a pair of sign light bulbs.

Picked up Husky parts, $350 for a small selection, but rare ones are priced high at Husqvarna.

The heart attack and the dying are two separate things

The dying comes because my wife graduated from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco Georgia many years ago and she can shoot REALLY well

She brought home her .38, .556, and 12 ga qualifying targets and I was always joking about framing them and putting them by the front door with a sign saying "If you try to break in, don't worry about me, worry about my wife"

Yes it is, Ray.
There are a few things I do, put the weight close to what my thighs can handle, so for 10 minutes, 60 - 70 - 80 - 70 - 80 - 90 rpm. The last 10 minutes are a leisurely pace with zero load in watts.
I train for the heart, blood vessels, and especially mentally. It's boring and painful though lol.
At my age, close to 59, on heart and cholesterol meds, I think 140-150 bpm is as high as I should really go.
