Good morning and thanks fellas for the kind words and well wishes.
Yes, Gunther was all peas and carrots for a time, that was all the good we could get him.
Suffice to say without getting into much more details here, things for him were declining rapidly and on multiple fronts.
He aged t0 15 years and lived his own way, wasn't always the right way, like walking back and forth under moving vehicles, it was a miracle in itself he survived that. Still, I could respect his German bullheadedness for what it was and most times he usually knew before I did what the right actions were to take. Besides, he could always make me laugh with some of his antics, so I never couldn't get mad at him either.
His proclivity to be wherever I was 24/7 and being used to that daily will be sorely missed the most.
He was a good friend.

Alright now you fuggers, I'm all a blubbering again and I need to pull my chit together, cause life doesn't hand you just one chit sandwich to eat, they come by the platter full usually. Fortunately, the first bite is the one that tastes the worst and after that it's just a matter of slogging through to get to the last.
So, it's Hi-Ho off to work I go for me, which is not only the solution to most problems, will also preoccupy me with tasks at hand. Which might not be such a bad thing either.
That's really all I care to discuss about this in the immediate future. Hope you can understand my stance on this, thank you all.

It's rough losing them trip a hot neighbor woman's dog has been with me 10 year's he has cancer throughout his throat but is still moving around ok he can't visit anymore
He always stayed with me when she wasn't home since he was a puppy

I lost yellow bastard he was almost 3
had him to the emergency vet 4 times and 3 surgeries
They thought he had something called PU undersized urethra or something causing blockages medicine and special diet didn't help

He was suffering all the time so i had him put down.

Pretty sure it was my turkey sandwich from lunch yesterday. It hit me about 3. Came home early.
My wife then noted that the package of mesquite turkey I used had a sell by date of Sept. 6th..
That's on me as I'm the only 1 who eats it.
I've got 3 Ritz crackers and a handful of Cheerios in me now so I'm going to set forth and make the day my bîtch.

It's no joke getting bad food one of my best friends called me she was hysterical because her husband in the hospital lost like 17 pounds because of a undercooked chicken sandwich from Wendy's he work's nightshift and couldn't see it was raw eating it in the dark driving to work
He collapsed at work later on and was hospitalized 3 day's costs thousands of dollars
Took months to recover.
I would've sued over that *s-wordt.

I'm on vacation until Saturday after next.

It's a cluster f**k.fema came in here and all the donation centers set up at schools confiscated them.so everybody is setting up on private land now.the store where my wife works started serving food Monday but the health department found out and shut them down.the restaurants in town are open and the inspector said you are doing everything just like they are but you didn't ask permission so you can't do it.he told them to throw all the food in the dumpster.i got mad went in the kitchen and told her to pack everything up I'm taking it to the fire department so they can give it out.inspector said I can have you arrested if you take that food,I turned to the deputy said take me if you have to but wait till I take this food to the fire department.he said I've got more important things to do and walked off.

We have a good friend staying with us every other day because of her having no power.
She is a cancer survivor and still a little weak but hardheaded enough to want to stay with her 4 rescue pitts and 2 adult sons.
She struggles in the heat but will only stay in the AC with us part time.
Got to respect her tough attitude.

Remember people in worse shape than yourself.

Most of a day of work and then I'm off to catch up with the family 4 hrs south for 9 days of various sport tournaments.
On hearing this a good client asked me if I could tow a 8x5 tandem, you'd say 5x8, trailer to hand over to their other branch which adds a small complication but no majors.

My daughter told me the other day that her director in her municipal office was being replaced by a new appointee by the newly elected mayor

The last mayor was a nightmare and everyone is glad to be shed of him but the director he appointed was seriously good at his job and very well loved by the people under him

So naturally lets toss him out and appoint someone who may or may not be qualified
