Good morning men, forgot to mention. I purchased a tree stand yesterday. With a ladder as I am too old to us a climbing stand. If nothing else I will have a comfortable place to sit and watch the world wake up. Stay safe all.

Although I have a couple climbing stands, they sit a lot of the time on the shelf. I use ladder stands 95% of the time. They are effective when placed right.

As long as ya didn't get any of those twisty winds the scarecasters were breaking into the shows and blabbing about ya probably did ok.

Morning folks. I'm back to part time and hopefully a more consistent schedule at the parts store this week in anticipation of school starting up.

Mom had another wrist surgery yesterday. 3rd one in a year. She fell on the first fix before it healed, then the repair didn't hold, so they did it again, this time they fused her wrist entirely. I'm praying this is the end of it.

Last tuesday a friend at work was running and we have these 5ft long flat carts to pull heavy equipment with
They have spring loaded handles but this one was broken and laying on the floor he tripped and fell so hard it knocked him unconscious.
He doesn't know how long he was out but he couldn't move his arms at all when he woke up
He yelled for a long time it's a huge building a little old maintenance lady found him
He said she picked him up like you'd pick up a cat that's stretched out
His arms weren't working and she just lifted him and put him on that cart and wheeled him to the office.
If any of you ever picked up somebody it's dead weight and damn hard to do
And she lifted him like nothing.
He went to the ER was examined and had X-rays
They told him nothing's wrong so he tried to work a few days and the pain was too much so he went to a different hospital
He has two fractured elbows and damage to his shoulders.
I've never seen injuries like his the backs of his elbows up to his neck are red,green, yellow and purple bruised
The impact was severe the doctor said he didn't have a concussion but if he was taller it would've snapped both arms but he's tall midget sized
He'll be off work for long time.
