I expected them to recommend surgery on my ankle....but they recommended stretching exercises for the time being.

I've been doing them as often as possible.

I've got to have both knee's replaced eventually
My knee's hurt bad since i took this factory job
All concrete all the time
But surprisingly i bought that trimmer on wheels and i guess walking on uneven ground limbered my knees up
They barely ache know

I bought another one yesterday used once then put in a cattle barn 50.00
I'll take it to my brother's place.

Have you tried cold brew? Not that sugary iced crap, just real black but cold and on ice. My preferred way in the summer.

Have you tried cold brew? Not that sugary iced crap, just real black but cold and on ice. My preferred way in the summer.

I haven’t tried cold brew

Too old and set in my ways I guess

I used to like iced coffee but I just got away from drinking it years ago

Even at the hottest time of year in Hawaii I drank hot coffee from my Mr Coffee machine that gets the water extra hot and brews wicked coffee

I even prefill the thermal carafe with boiling water just before I brew so the coffee stays hot

I drink the 10 cup pot in two 20 oz thermal mug servings

Good morning men, forgot to mention. I purchased a tree stand yesterday. With a ladder as I am too old to us a climbing stand. If nothing else I will have a comfortable place to sit and watch the world wake up. Stay safe all.
