That Worcestershire sucks i bought some last month and went back and bought lea & perrins the same day.
I agree. Sometimes the name brand products are the only way to go.

I actually have Lea & Perrins in that bottle. It's just easier for us to regularly use in that smaller bottle. I get the 2 pack of 22oz ones and refill the little one, they last us for a bit over a year.

I can agree with that. The guy has credentials, however, and probably understands the topic to a much higher degree than the common citizen.

I don’t take anything as pure truth, black and white anymore, but I do dig and search for the best of what I feel, makes sense.

Just picked up a couple ribeye’s from the butcher shop. Going to throw them on the PitBoss soon. To reverse sear, or not, is the question. What do you guys do?
