See if this helps or makes it worse Joe.
Voltage is the size of the bucket you fill with water.
Current is how fast you can dump it on Dallas' head...😁
Reactance is how fast he can kick you in the sack.
Impedance is how hard you are laughing while trying to run away....
And capacitance is how hard he saves up to kick you in the sack next time he sees you.😂
i think only once or twice did he get by without a kick and once was when i was still in the hospital

So basically @dall is the poster child for Ohm’s law?

thats his wheel chock
Unlike all the plastic chit, it CAN be used for a wheel chock slacker.
If you didnt run Chebbies, you might could even use it to cut chit wif and not worry about your pos ending up rolling away.
Then you might understand that Hooskies aint bad, and you need a Ferd to get chit done
Nope, caint have that can we?...😱

that hurts but good for the seller
but you are in a different world there
more than double
3.25 here per pound
Well we can buy ground beef for $3.50, Chuck roast for $5.50, etc at the commissary on base although that’s a little over half of what people pay at a normal market so even for up here I think someone’s gonna get ripped off

I don’t know what beef prices are here now
I haven’t bought any beef from a store in a few years
I know I wouldn’t be eating steaks at the prices I used to see though

I like that 1010S stuck in there with the Orange Pushups Dave.

How do you like it?
I hadn't run a 1010 since 1984/85 my neighbor had one it was just as I remembered heavy and slow.
McCullough wasn't popular here when I was young
Jonsereds, Husqvarna,Lombard and stihl were popular there was a local shop.
My oldest brother bought a big McCullough to timber with in the early 80s no idea what it was
I came home from school one day and he had it by the bar smashing it against a hickory tree in the yard.
He bought a 181 that week and ran Husqvarna until he retired a few years ago.

She saw someone local who wants to split a beef and they are asking $7 a pound hanging plus butchering

Seemed outrageous
I am seeing $4 to $6 pound hanging plus processing in this area now. Sold one a couple weeks ago for $3 to someone on my route. Gave them a bit back for the half they kept since they have been pretty good to me. For the last couple years or so you have set up your slots almost a year early because there are not enough processing places local. Used to be able to call a couple months out and get an appointment. I think in the next few years I will begin to run 10 or so head for sell hanging instead of the one or two that I currently do. Overall I can make more money off one rather than running them through the local sell barn.

This. All of it.

Fella got killed today on my daughter's boyfriend's framing crew. Crane got into the powerline while he was holding the cable. Bad deal. Killed him instantly.
Sorry to hear that. We train constantly to visually and verbally acknowledge minimum approach distance in utility crews. I wish others got the training we get. This happens all too frequently.

Morning babysitters and beef hangers. Shaping up to be a real crap fling here at the shop. It's all good. I would rather be working on saws. Just getting a little too beat up to do the work I do. There is something relaxing about building them things. Yep there is also the fun of running them too. Have a bright and sunny day.

Good morning men, hope all that are dealing with health issues have positive outcomes. Seems like too many are having them these days. Will keep all in my prayers.

@3browns , last I did a beef, it was $3/lb hanging, +killbill, + $.62/lb processing. That was during the scamdemic. Looking for a source right now as I am almost out. May try the Mennonites. I don't want growth hormones in my beef.

My grandson reassembled this one from the crank up yesterday.
