It is definitely hard to get started that early, I’m not up quite that early but out the door before 5 to get a couple miles in. I find that it best prepare me for the daily idiots I will come across later.

Yeah the mental benefit is really what I am after. Doc said since I spent all my life prior to Covid in top shape, it is really bad if I don't keep maintenance up. So here we are. I would rather go back to the gym but I work 10hr days now and drive for 3 more to get back and forth. Plus lounging with my lady with no kids is nice too.
