Good morning gentlemen and roughnecks. Very hazy here from the smoke yet. Hoping it blows outta here today with some expected rain coming. Too dry to grade roads but one of the townships is going to have chloride applied for dust control so I may have to shape them up anyway and hope for the best..

Same here. We have the worst air quality in the workd right now so, Ontario, Q-beck, and Nova Scotia can FRO and keep their smoke.

Good morning folks. Got some chores done early this morning. was 66 going to 84, got just enuf rain to make it rather muggy, but not so much to move the wafer in either of the gages. Guessers are saying 5 or 6 hours of late afternoon/evening moisture possible. Last weeks, 2 rain events sure got the yard woke up quick.

Not the big building or building at end of train bridge but way in the smoky background is the hospital

Worked in that area in the 80s. Mexican War Streets. Quite the experience for a country boy. In back of one those streets, an elderly couple cooked and sold bbq beef ribs from their home.
Best I have had.

That was a ruff area then. The owner of the buildings I fixed sold them for a fraction of todays value.

Got pulled over for driving in the bus lane,
told cop sorry my first time in big city and was lost.
He asked where I was headed.
Told him looking for North 28.
He said follow me.
Cool cop.
