Sometimes the animal rights people need to STFU and get out of the way. I have no problem with the eradication of invasive animals that have been released into places they have no business being. There are examples of that in every country of the world. If it takes plinking them with .22's then have at it. Kids need to understand the reasoning behind the cull and the importance of ones local environment over the caterwauling of idiots looking for their 15 minutes of fame/martyrdom. Considering the uniqueness of your location, i.e. flora/fauna, they should be rewarding people for the killing of feral animals that destroy indigenous species.

I don't wear flip-flops at all. Just one of those things I picked up working that got put away. Most of the times I wear crocs because they are easy to slip on and off when I need to do something outside. Boots for work, waiting on a pair of custom fit Wesco's since last September. Never seen problems like this before when ordering my boots from them.

Just order some of these.
Got them in less than a week.
Yeah, I know they were made in Vietnam.
Them fuggers dont mess around...
Damn good pair of boots, and can be recrafted.
Flip flops are a cheapo pair that Bosslady picked up at Belks or somewhere...
Comfy, and not nearly as ghey as Crocs...
Yeah, I'll wear a pair that my wife picked out before admitting I purposefully bought Crocs...fuggin bishes...

Haven't tried Danners yet. I'll add them to my list, but I tend to have problems finding boots that fit comfortably with my wider feet. That is one reason I wear custom Wesco's. Beginning to see stages of arthritis, runs in the family, so comfort is of utmost importance. Don't care what crocs look like, I can wear them without hurting my feet.

Last pair I bought was too wide at an E width, and were 1/2 size too long. That was a pair I actually bought in person. Ordered the last pair from Danner.
Standard width(D)and 1/2 size down got me a perfect fit this time around.
Good 2 weeks to break in, but damn comfy now.
One less thing to worry about hurting.
Now, if I could just fix that damn Bunion...

Got some Brooks tennis shoes that are not too bad on the comfort level. Sometimes it feels that 4E width needs to be a bit wider.

Worked in that area in the 80s. Mexican War Streets. Quite the experience for a country boy. In back of one those streets, an elderly couple cooked and sold bbq beef ribs from their home.
Best I have had.

You could get blown there for 10 bucks about 20 years ago, and pick up a 50 piece all in the same house.

Now you can buy a row house for 500 grand...gentrification.
