I don't wear flip-flops at all. Just one of those things I picked up working that got put away. Most of the times I wear crocs because they are easy to slip on and off when I need to do something outside. Boots for work, waiting on a pair of custom fit Wesco's since last September. Never seen problems like this before when ordering my boots from them.Little to no orthotic support in them. They would light my sciatica up in no time.
I wear flip flops and insoles that have orthotic support. Otherwise after a few hours I can't hardly walk.
I don't remember the technical name for the little ball / knob in the center of these?
But they make all the difference in the world to me. My flip flops and insoles both have them, plus arch support.
