Little to no orthotic support in them. They would light my sciatica up in no time.

I wear flip flops and insoles that have orthotic support. Otherwise after a few hours I can't hardly walk.

I don't remember the technical name for the little ball / knob in the center of these?

But they make all the difference in the world to me. My flip flops and insoles both have them, plus arch support.

I don't wear flip-flops at all. Just one of those things I picked up working that got put away. Most of the times I wear crocs because they are easy to slip on and off when I need to do something outside. Boots for work, waiting on a pair of custom fit Wesco's since last September. Never seen problems like this before when ordering my boots from them.

Good morning, er I mean evening. Busy couple of days and only got the job 30-40% done. Fireplace chimney had a water leak issue. Common sealing procedures were not followed when the contractor built.

Glad I caught when I did , it was destined to go downhill quick.
