I've got one more chance with the bow tomorrow. Next weekend is the start of our rifle season, so that eliminates the "out of range" issue. Just need the clear line of sight and beyond.

Clear line of sight is important.
I missed a really nice buck many years ago because I didn't check my lane before I looked through the scope.
He looked around like "WTF was that noise?".
Then the limb in the tree I was sitting in that I shot through cracked and swung down.
He looked up at it and straight at me trying to quietly bolt another round into that old model 70.
Yeah, he shagged arse in a hurry.

I have played a few years Hockey, but was not so good to make a career. mostly i watch NHL and the Hockey Club in the next Town here. KHL not often.

Stay up until morning, the Jets are visiting the Flames for the late game. Both teams that started off in Atlanta….
