Parts tree has that part and bushing that goes in it. The part in this pic that is behind and smaller is noted as no longer available. The in stock part is 212 plus 45 for the bushing. The smaller ones are listed as 20 bucks each.

I don't know if you are on OCC, but Jeff in PA makes those NLA parts.

He also makes adapters to convert to CV driveshaft, if you wanted to go that route, and get rid of the rag joints. CV shaft in my opinion is stronger, smoother, and they last longer, than the original style.
