I'm down to the very first A-bolt I bought. Its had a lot of powder burned through it and some throat erosion, but this one I'll keep forever. The other ones I had were sold or traded off.
7mm Rem Mag.

I drew a Michigan elk tag in 1990. My deer rifle back then was a Remington 760 in 30-06. Dad insisted that I take his 7MM mag and that it would be better for elk. I ended up wounding a possible state record 8X8 with that gun. It wasn’t the guns fault but within a month after that I bought this gun. Probably has about 200 rounds through it and has killed 50 deer
So you miss ALOT :risas3:

Actually no LOL. When I bought the gun I picked up four different types of ammo to see how well each of them grouped. I usually shoot one or two deer every year plus the occasional site in shot.
Iz just funnin ya mang. I've ben through the ammo dance a bunch.

My main Hunting rifle is an ugly savage 110 300 win mag. Vortex viper 6-24x50lr optic. One day I hope to replace it with a wetherby 300wtb mag mark v. That’s my dream rifle for some reason. Can’t even say why they just shoot awesome and beautiful guns
Why you need a .300 Win Mag to shoot some poor ass LA deer or hog?

Ive got an old Winchester model 70 built around 1976 in 7mm mag. Topped it with a BSA Platinum 3-9 x 50 scope. That was when BSA first hit the market. Its Been good glass, and the old rifle is plenty GOODER enough for what I do.
Kids got a Savage Axis in .270 that he won at an NWTF banquet 2 years ago. Still got the tags on it. Thinking about talking him out of it. Hes gone pretty much AR on everything these days.

Killing time in the shop with a cold beer. Just cleaned my three robot vacuums good with an air hose (cleaning modules, brushes, side brushes, aerovac bins, sensors/cliff sensors, etc, etc)...left to right...Roomba 531, Roomba 587, Roborock E4 (WiFi). If you have an indoor pet(s)...worth their weight in gold. And saves a ton of time pushing an upright over carpet, linoleum, hardwood floors. I’ve got a Kirby Ultimate G Diamond Edition w/every attachment known to man (wedding gift from ‘88) and a nice Eureka upright, that I’ve rarely ran in the last several years. Robot vacuums have come a long way with their mapping abilities, LIDAR, etc. Even these two old Roomba’s get it done like they’re brand new and I’ve had ‘em for years. Bought the Roborock E4 less than half a year ago and it’ll run circles around the two Roomba’s.

Need a window unit on it and a refrigerator on the front porch.

Speaking of have yall tried to buy appliances at all? Not much to be had.
We did that when the pandemic first started. Wife insisted we get another freezer and stock up for armageddon. Sure was a pain finding one back in March.
