I'd like to get you both in a lodge with us. Regardless of your beliefs, the purification process of the steam is great to get rid of toxins and heavy metals.

We sing in Lakota....loud and proud. That helps about breathing in the breath of the grandfathers. The spring water, and minerals from the stones.....its just good stuff.

It is very good for you, mind and body.
I have been in a sweat lodge many years ago, relax and enjoy it.

My only problem with doing it is it reminds me of work when a press is broke or the boilers need work . I have the heat, steam, but i only sing bad words while doing it. The physical clensing is there but the mental part is not beneficial.
