I planned on leaving early Thursday but maybe I’ll just roll out Wednesday afternoon and find a place close to stay and be there Thursday morning. I’ll bring the Porketta and we can do whatever with them, smoke them, cook in ground or if we feel lazy crock pot works well for sandwiches

How many rocks do you need? And size? I will hunt some down because there aren’t any on my land

Probably a dozen-ish roughly football sized. I've never done this, but I would think that would work. I'll be at the cabin that week so I'll see what I can grab there too. Probably a 3x3ish hole a couple feet deep. Something to cover it and hold more dirt on top. I'm wingin' it here. @Kiwioilboiler that sound about right for a few pork items?
