How nose heavy is it with the regular weight bar on it?

Can you take it all apart and weight the fasteners piece by piece for me ? And also with every bar and chain combination you could possibly run on it and test every oil at every reasonable ratio ?

I didn’t get a chance today. I ended up putting the van in the shop for a clogged catalytic.

I’m hoping to run it at sea level. The previous vids are in the mountains at close to 3,000 feet in elevation.

Not much from an update perspective on the saw this week. I’ve been running it quite a bit lately, but with the thunderstorms we’re having every other day, I haven’t had time to take any videos with the longer bar.

Something I noticed and want to see if it will clear up with a reset. It seems like during limbing or cutting smaller diameter wood it’s pinging the limiter in the cut but at a lower rpm than it should. That sounds weird but it’s almost like the timing retards when the saw is WOT in smaller wood.

One of my “dream” jobs this past week…not. We cleaned up this chit hole for the local mayor.

I’m not sure what connection he has, but we did it at his request. It was an introductory job, so we can get our foot in the door for the city pruning this spring. We just had about 50 trees within the area fall from storms and high winds since Christmas.

The spikes are my least favorite thing about the saw. The positioning and the spike itself are garbage. Looking forward to an upgrade.

It sounds like Gordy at West Coast Saws needs to design a set of three-points for this...
