Wednesday it was in the mid 80's and very humid. Probably the hardest I've run the saw noodling Oak to get on the splitter. I was at the wife's family cottage cleaning up a pile of dirt clogged logs that sat for a year. They're having a new septic system placed where these logs were piled. (Two siblings and a nephew, nothing gets done.)
No problems with the saw starting. Two and a half tanks of fuel, and five sharpening. Lots of start/stops of varying durations, splitting, cutting, noodling, splitting, sharpening, etc. Several breaks helping Margaret move splits with quad and trailer. She sucks at backing it up, being so short a trailer.
I did have trouble getting the cover off, as I had not index it properly the last time I put it on. It jammed at the rear handle.
All is good. Production at home has slowed, but almost ten gallons of fuel through saw.
