Yea it's pretty hard not to let off...this one is very smooth an only weighs 39lbs...unlike the 350 if you hold it wfo it seems the whole world is coming apart...I think if I put high tooth on it ..I can probably shave another 6/10 of a secVery nice Brett!
You are getting braver. It didn't sound like you lifted on the throttle between cuts 2&3![emoji106]

Brett I've been thinking, how do you tune them, if your not going wfo by ear?Yea it's pretty hard not to let off...this one is very smooth an only weighs 39lbs...unlike the 350 if you hold it wfo it seems the whole world is coming apart...I think if I put high tooth on it ..I can probably shave another 6/10 of a sec
Plug color for reference. ...and by ear and feel....alot of times they will rev good and then you put it in wood and it will fall flat on its face...then it needs more fuel...they like alot of fuel because it really never gets to full temp...a quick warmup..then 5-6 sec later it's over...a tight pipe is your friendBrett I've been thinking, how do you tune them, if your not going wfo by ear?

finally able to get some test time on a build I have been working on for the last month...I think with some tuning I can get it to run
Built it for small wood shows....12" and under...I think I might be faster with this one than the big saw..Wassup with the baby saw?
