Yes, new coil, acts just like it did with other coil.
No cracks in the magnet, I dremel cleaned the magnets
with a brass wheel.
I pulled the kill wire completely off the switch, I have no idea
what the 440 switch looks like.
I'm gonna go with got a bad new coil?
My only other assumption?
I just did not know if there was some other wiring
to check, I just got done checking the plug wire and boot,
plug wire checks out fine with the ohm meter and I see no cracks in
the rubber anywhere.

Another 80 bucks, whhhhaaaa?
I was also wondering if flywheel problem, magnets seemed strong?
Cleaned contact mounts, adjusted with the business card.

Business card isn't the correct way to adjust coil gap. Find out
the correct clearance and use a feeler gauge. Coil might be to
far away from flywheel.

Thank you, I had a windows 10 upgrade yesterday and I can't get into my mediacat for some reason, keeps giving me a security warning. What gap range should I be looking for?

See if you can borrow a spare flywheel.

I've had a bad flywheel before. Made no sense to me and drove me crazy.

Magnets were both clean and strong.

I know, that's why it is driving me crazy, I think I've tried every electrical option, I just didn't know fly wheels could all of a sudden go bad. I will check the exact gap tomorrow and inspect the fly wheel better. And again, it is a brand new OEM coil I'm working with.

While it is rare, flywheel magnets can go bad, unlikely as that is. Usually it's something simple, but it would seem you've covered most of the basics here. If you would like, I can test your old coil for you, if you don't mind sending it to me. I then can either send it back to you if it is good, or give it a proper burial if it is not.

As others have stated get an 8thou feeler gauge between magnet and coil then crank the coil screws down. Yes the gap is specced to between 0.008 and 0.012 however 8 thou is a good start, all the shorter gap will do if it's supposed to be 12 thou is effectively advance the ignition a minuscule amount - or so I'm led to believe from my readings.

I will bet it is something simple. Not that many parts to equation. Proper ground on coil, working coil (right gap), flywheel, plug wire and plug (all working). Should get spark. Once I had the same problem, could not see spark, took it over to Husky dealer and it started right up. WTH I know everyone there and made their day. All I could hear in my head was dumb ass on the way out.
