Maybe it's just me but the 462 reminds me a lot of the 441. I'm not sure why but when I see it in the videos and hear it I just can't help but think this.

I like the way a 562 runs but it seems you either get a good one with no issues or a complete piece of *s-word. Kinda like the Ford 6.0

462 it’s an amazing saw.
It’s the Yardstick for others to measure for years to come.
It’s gonna be a legend.

Technocraticly speaking: STIHL gave a “best of” saw to the market just before the release of the new era -injection- saw. So if ms500i gets teething problems there is always the 462 for loyal clientele. This is very smart move.

Second that. Actually 5 series doesn’t belong to forests anyway. Destroyed the Husky name and 3 series heritage.

Yep can be if you change the .325 on 261. Got myself the kit from Stihl
